Diploma In Patisserie and Baking

This comprehensive program covers preparation to presentation of a wide variety of breads, cakes, desserts, & French pastries involving various baking techniques required to become a skilled professional pastry chef.

Fee Structure

Admission Fee: Rs. 5000/-

Course Fee: Rs. 1,75,000/-

Total Fee: Rs. 1,80,000/- ( Including GST )

Includes: Uniform, Apron, Study Materials and Ingredients. Students can take home the baked goods.

Excludes: Accommodation, travel expenses, lunch, and kitchen shoes.

Note: Installment option is available.

Duration: One Year (Six Months Course + Six Months Optional Internship)

Time: 9:30 am – 4:00 pm
